I got a lovely email yesterday.

Last year this time, you had invited anyone who wanted to change their
bedtime times and habits to work on these changes.
I am happy to say, that, more or less, over the past year, I have kept my
bed time :).
Together with my Qi Gong practice, my life has been more energized and
smoother.
I thank you for taking the initiative to invite change as a positive force
into our lives.

Dear Julie,
Lovely to hear from you and I’m delighted to hear you’ve been sticking to your bed time.
The more research I do, the more convinced I am of the value of good sleep.
I think it’s possibly the most important ‘one thing’ a person can do to improve the quality of their life and their health.
Though obviously it’s better to do more if you can…
