Will your 2016 be better than 2015?

H ere’s a simple way to stack the odds of a better 2016 in your favour:

  1. Decide what you want to do better or be better at
  2. Find a tried and tested method proven to deliver what you want to do or be better at
  3. Take consistent action on the method

For example…

Lets say you want to eat better.

You then need to find a tried and tested method of eating better.

E.g.

And so on.

The good news is there’s usually more than one way to get better at whatever it is you want to be or do better.

Finally you need to create a way to keep yourself doing it.

This is the hard part.

You can do it by:

All of which help you to immerse yourself in eating better.

And immersion is an effective way to keep yourself doing something, especially when the going gets tough.

Accountability Partners are also a powerful way to keep you doing what you’ve decided to do better.

As is joining a group dedicated to getting better at what you want to get better at.

So, will your 2016 be better than your 2015?

It can be if you:
