Where the rubber meets the road – The HAP Checklist

By Marcus Santer

knowing-is-not-enough

I got home last night from my father’s 72nd birthday celebration and my first thought as I walked through the door was:

‘Hmm, it’s so cold in here.’

Which was closely followed by my second thought:

‘Oh, no… Is the central heating broken?’

Upon checking the radiators I realised all was fine, it was just properly – November style – cold outside and the central heating was struggling to warm the house up.

Still…

It’s better than when I was a kid growing up in the wilds of Yorkshire.

Cuz, back then we’d wake to frost on the inside of the windows!

For real.

Anyway…

Clarabella and Ollie went off to do what Clarabella and Ollie do at that time of day and I went into my Woffice to finish off crafting The Healthy Ageing Checklist.

It’s been a real labour of love.

How come?

Because it’s taken me 47,400 hours to be able to create it.

To be in a position to take the 31,021 words of the Healthy Ageing (HAP) book and convert them into a 25 question check list that can take you from wherever you are now – health wise – and help you to seriously stack the odds of a:

And more independent life in your favour.

I’m very excited about it.

You see, you can read the HAP book and it will inform, entertain and educate you.

And that’s good.

But…

If you want the benefits of the HAP, if you want to be strong and independent well into your 80’s and beyond…

Well, you’re gonna have to do some work.

**Did you hear that?**

That was the sound of a 1,000 readers switching off right there.

Thankfully you’re not one of them.

Because here’s the truth few people have the stomach to hear…

Whilst I’ve had the7 habits of the HAP reviewed by experts on the subjects…

… Whilst the book is on its way to be edited into real English tomorrow…

… Whilst I’ve created the HAP checklist…

You’re actually going to have to roll your sleeves up and do some work if you want the proven benefits of the HAP in your life.

There’s no escaping that.

There are no secrets to living better and ageing well.

And nobody can do the work for you.

Fortunately the research suggests the road to a long, healthy and independent life is well mapped.

And it’s all in The HAP for you.

Then if you’ll work your way through the HAP checklist you’ll be guided, step-by-step though each of the 7 healthy ageing habits. Simply work through each question until you can check it off and then move onto the next.

Some parts of the checklist you’ll work through quickly, others will take you time and effort.

But when you reach the end…

You’ll have freedom from uncertainty about how to live well and age better.

You’ll have followed a foolproof plan and be able to see, feel and experience the benefits.

And it’s only taken me 47,400 hours to make it for you.

You’re welcome =)

The Healthy Ageing Pyramid Checklist is where the rubber meets the road.

It’s where you put the 7 habits into action.

And if you do that – based on 5 years and 5 months of research – your life will change for the better.

Profoundly.

But you’re going to have to wait until January 2017 to get your hands on the Checklist.

Unless you’re one of my treasured ZEN+ Journal readers.

Because they’re going to be get it in Decembers issue of the Journal.

Which I need to finish writing.

So I shall bid you farewell.

Have a wonderful day whatever you’re doing.

Bye for now

Marcus

P.S. What measurable benefits can you realistically expect to experience if you work through the 25 questions of the Healthy Ageing Pyramid Checklist?
