I had a l—o—t of help.

First there were the legions of scientists and researchers who over the decades have meticulously hunted for the truth about how to age well.

Without being able to stand on their shoulders, there’s no way I could have pierced the bubble of BS that surrounds health and fish out the facts on healthy ageing for you.

Then there were my wonderful (they’re all super-smart and sexy too) Journal readers who read the first draft and offered suggestions for improvements.
