Apologies for being out of the loop this week.

I’ve been working with my dad to turn a shed into a workshop.

We’re talking:

The works.

And by the time I’ve put in 6 hours on that project, my creative juices have all dried up.

But the workshop is ‘kinda’ done now.

Just need to work out where everything is going to go and move in properly.

Type 2: Committee Genes
They make suggestions and if you don’t like them, you can refuse.

Now the interesting part is this…

Most disease genes (diabetes, heart disease, hypertension) certain forms of cancer, even alzeimers they’re not Dictator Genes, they’re Committee Genes and their activity depends on your lifestyle choices.

So whilst you can’t change the colour of your eyes by:

Adopting these habits can influence your Committee Genes and prevent your likelihood of sickness and disease.
