This is what happens when you leave your comfort zone…

“… you can’t improve your life and remain the same person you are now. You simply must grow.”

I’m not the same guy you knew on Monday…

I’ve changed.

That’s what I said to Clarabella yesterday.

It’s been a while since I had a big stretch out of my comfort zone.

Off the top of my head it was November 2013 when I travelled solo to Sweden to take the Progressive Callisthenics Certificate.

That was definitely a stretch.

But how have I changed exactly?

Sure, my knife making skills and knowledge have leapt exponentially.

But it’s more than that.

By choosing to step out of my comfort zone and deal with all the scary shizzle that comes with it.

I’ve grown in:

Now listen closely…

This isn’t something I’ve read about in a book.

It’s something I’ve experienced intimately this week and many times in the past.

You see, when you make a decision to step outside of the known, the familiar, the safe and consciously choose to do what the vast majority of others won’t do…

You will change.

For the better.

So whatever it is you want to do:

Whatever it is, I don’t know, this is you we’re focusing on.

Take a deep breath and get started today.

And if you want some help creating the:

That will help make your journey that little bit easier…

Buy this.

Bye for now

Marcus

P.S. There’s a funny thing that will start to happen now.

After a few days back in the comfort, warmth and safety of home I’ll start to forget about my new growth.

It’s natural.

But if you’re not careful, with the more time that passes before the next stretch you start to lose the momentum you’ve worked so hard to build.

That’s just the way this stuff goes.

I remember my Qigong teacher telling us after an intensive course to not take a rest when we got back home, but to keep up the momentum we acquired and build on what we’d got by travelling all the way out to Malaysia.

Not just the Qigong techniques we’d learned.

But the stretch we’d all experienced simply getting to the course.

And in the case of intensive Shaolin Kung Fu courses – surviving them to the end.

But that’s a story for another day.

Please don’t read today’s Z+D and do nothing.

I don’t write just to make you feel warm and fuzzy. I write to encourage you to take action.

Today’s Z+D is all about taking action.

So what’s the next step you can take to live a live worth loving?

‚ÄčThink about it and then…

Do it

And remember…

This can help.
