ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

There’s clean… And then there’s Clarabella clean…

By Marcus Santer

I‘m so excited…

Clarabella’s coming home today after a week in Nottingham with her family.

I can’t wait.

But it does cause me a bit of a problem and it means I’m gonna have to be super quick with today’s ZEN+ daily.

You see I’ve been in charge of looking after me and Ollie whilst Clarabella’s been away.

No problem.

We’ve had great fun.

But when it comes to the idea of ‘clean’ Clarabella and I have very different views on what that means.

For example:

Are things I’m totally cool with.

But not Clarabella.

Ugh, ugh.

Not by a long shot.

So before her train gets into Dawlish, I’m going to have to clean the house from top to bottom.

Deep joy.

Oh well, small price to pay for having her back =)

I’m also shooting video for Decembers edition of The ZEN+ Journal today.

So I’m going to have to make sure I get a shave and make myself look all suave and sophisticated.

Fortunately that doesn’t take me long.

Yeah, I’m modest too!

Anyhow all of this means I’m going to have to wrap up this Z+D and get my marigolds on.

Wish me luck.

Bye for now

Marcus

P.S. Amongst other things, in this months Journal I’m going to share a number of stretches and exercises I’ve found of great benefit over the years.

Especially when it comes to getting rid of aches and pains.

Thanks to having:

And generally abusing my body over the years, I’ve managed to do damage of varying degrees of severity to:

But more importantly…

Through using physiotherapy exercises, stretching and calisthenics I’ve succeeded in overcoming the vast majority of my physical aches and pains and the range of motion in my joints is pretty good for a 44 year old guy who’s been busy enjoying life.

Hence the videos I’m shooting today.

But they’re only for my ZEN+ Journal readers.

So if you’d like to share in the exercises and methods I’ve used over the years to:

Overcome mobility issues
Eliminate pain
Get full range of motion back in a joint
