ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

Why I might just be the most selfish person you know

By Marcus Santer

The Saturday Quote:

“The cure of the part should not be attempted
without the cure of the whole.”
Plato

This quote forms the foundation upon which ZEN+ is built. And if there is a thread that connects all the things I’ve chosen to do with my life it’s this:

Helping others

But don’t get me wrong. It’s not because I’m a swell guy or a Mahatma Gandhi in the making or anything.

Oh no.

My reasons are totally selfish.

Because the truth is I feel real nice inside – all warm and fluffy – when I’m helping someone else to feel better.

And over the decades I’ve found the quote above to be true.

Through a long, drawn out process of trial and error I came to realise that to really help someone you have to help them to grow:

  1. Physically
  2. Emotionally
  3. Mentally
  4. Spiritually

Healthier and stronger.

On the way I’ve:

And now I’m honing and developing my ZEN+ skills so I can take helping others to a whole new level.

You see I really thought Qigong was it.

A cure for all ills.

But it isn’t.

It’s good, it’s very good. But on it’s own it simply isn’t enough to cure the whole.

For that you need exercise and nutrition.

And mindset is the cherry on top of the cake.

Put everything together and you’ve got ZEN+

To recap…

I love to help others because it makes me feel good and ZEN+ is the most powerful tool I’ve found [so far] that benefits the whole person:

  1. Physically
  2. Emotionally
  3. Mentally
  4. Spiritually

Once the ZEN+ Home Study course is completed, I’m going to be taking ZEN+ out of the lab, out of the Internet and onto the streets.

Watch this space.

Bye for now
