ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

No secrets, just common threads

By Marcus Santer

The more research I do into overcoming the obstacles to living a:

Life.

The more I come to realise there’s a common thread to living and ageing well.

And the more I come to appreciate the power of ZEN+

Let me explain…

Zest: Turn of your overstimulated stress response and deliberately turn on your underutilised rest, repair and build mode.

You can do this by:

Exercise: Provide your body with the physical activities it has evolved to thrive on and to respond favourably to and you’ll get the best out of it.

You can do this by:

Nutrition: You are what you eat and you are what you eat has eaten too. The food you put into your body is the fuel required to keep all of the systems and functions of your body working at peak performance.

You can do this by:

Mindset: A sick mind in a healthy body means that body won’t be healthy for long. In fact I don’t believe you can ever cultivate a healthy body without having cultivated a healthy mind.

You can do this by:

In fact…

From improving gut health to increasing independence in later life.

From maintaining healthy testosterone levels to reducing the risk of erectile dysfunction.

From losing weight to looking great naked.

From reducing the risks of dying from the worlds top 4 health conditions:

  1. Cardiovascular disease
  2. Cancer
  3. Diabetes
  4. Obesity

And everything in between.

Time and again:

Have been shown to be the proven keys that open the door to living and ageing well.

Every time I look at new and old research on all aspects of health, I see these same threads running through it. There is no secret to what you need to do to stack the odds of a longer, healthier, stronger and happier life in your favour.

All you need to know is:

And then most importantly…

You need to know how to do it.

My ZEN+ book has the What and the Why nicely sown up.

And I’ll show you all the how in the ZEN+ Home Study Course – Coming Soon.

It’s been 15 years in the making…

Bye for now
