ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

By 2020 this will account for 75 Percent of all deaths

By Marcus Santer

The Saturday Quote:

“Take care of your body.
It’s the only place you have to live.”
Jim Rohn

There’s not much I can add to this quote.

It sums things up very nicely don’t you think?

Life is simply more enjoyable when your body is healthy and pain free.

And it really bothers me that by 2020 projections based on current trends show that non-communicable diseases (NCD) will account for 75% of all deaths.

In in case you’re wondering what NCD’s are…

It’s things like:

And so on.

Why does this projection bother me so much?

Because if you’re lucky enough to be living in the west, the vast majority of NCD’s are completely avoidable if you:

  1. Energise
  2. Move more
  3. Eat right
  4. Cultivate your mind

Or practice the principles of a ZEN+ in your life.

So make certain you’re taking care of your body.

Make certain you’re giving it the simple things it has evolved over millennia to thrive on.

Because it is the only place you have to live.

And you don’t want to end up being homeless!

So if you want help separating the unicorn crap from the gold I’ve got 120 science backed ZEN+ tips for you right here for you in my book:

It does exactly what it says in the title.

Bye for now

P.S. Me and Louis got attacked by a wasp this morning whilst walking down Secmaton Lane.

It was one mean, vicious sucker.

As I started running to get away my glasses fell off my face and I narrowly avoided crushing them.

And then it started on Louis.

He’s such a good dog, Louis had been running by my side when the wasp clamped on his front shoulder.

I told him to stay.

And even though the wasp was attacking him, he did.

Which meant I was able to brush it off with my foot and stomp it into the ground.

I tell ya, that thing was in kill or be kill mode.

Now I know some folk have a serious and life threatening allergic reaction to things like wasp stings.

And there’s nothing you can do about that.

But when it comes to chronic diseases like:

And so on…

That’s an entirely different kettle of wasps.
