ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

A Sunday Haiku…

By Marcus Santer

The Sunday Haiku:

“Crisp winter morning
Labrador loves the cold sea
Joy overflows here”

I’m a little later than usual with today’s ZEN+ daily.

Got caught up with Louis and Clarabella down on the sea front.

Louis really does love the sea.

And it’s hard to get away when you see him having so much fun.

So today I thought I’d write a little Haiku instead of giving you a quote.

And you know what, it was fun.

And instead of spending another 2 minutes reading what I have to write…

Why don’t you instead invest the time writing your own Haiku?

It’s simple:

  1. Look around, or stop and feel what’s going on inside you or around you.
  2. Capture its essence and write it down Haiku Style:
  3. 17 syllables, in 3 lines of 5, 7 and 5

Have fun.

Bye for now

Marcus

P.S. Haiku writing isn’t an essential part of a ZEN+ Lifestyle.

But it is good practice to stop every now and then find a creative outlet:

Whatever floats your boat.

And thanks to the freedom of the Internet you’ve never had such access to as wide an array of possible creative pursuits.

Go create something today.
