ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

Why I used to love going to the tip… And why I hate it now.

By Marcus Santer

I used to love going to the tip as a kid.

You never knew what you might find..

And so much more.

I used to be as excited about a trip to the tip as I was a visit to my favourite toy shop in Wetherby.

Hey, what can say?

Yorkshire in the 70’s was strange place.

But as an adult, all that excitment about going to the tip has gone.

How come?

Well, the staff aren’t particularly helpful.

You get to feel like an idiot for not knowing what skip to put your stuff in.

And it might just be me, but I feel a lot of pressure to get in and out ASAP because there’s always a queue of folk waiting impatiently to dump and run.

Enough to say I hate going to the tip now.

And as I rocked up with Louis old bed – a two seater leather sofa he commandeered about 5 years ago…

… I was dreading it.

In fact I’d been dreading the trip all weekend.

Sunday morning cast a dark shadow over Saturday and I like my Saturdays:

Yet in the back of my mind there was The Trip To The Tip.

So what did I do?

I kept coming back to The Now.

I focused on what I could:

And counted my breaths.

A few minutes later I was right back in the here and now enjoying my Saturday.

Hey, I don’t just tell you about tools you can use to help you live and age well…

… I use them too!

And so does one of my awesome ZEN+ Journal readers I fondly call Kimchi.

She calls it ‘Rebooting’

I like that.

And she also shared a tip with me last week that helps her to stick to more ‘real food’ all week.

It was so simple…

… And so good…

… I adopted it immediately.

And you can find out what it is in Aprils maxi-sized 3rd birthday edition of The ZEN+ Journal.

Well, if you’re a Journal reader you can.

Otherwise you’re going to miss out on that tip and:

Not a Journal reader yet?

You can join us right here.

Bye for now

P.S. I know, I know…

You don’t want to join a subscription based newsletter, no matter how good it is.

You’ve possibly been stung by things like that before and it’s a case of ‘once bitten, twice shy’.

I get it.

I have too.

Which is why you’re covered by my 2 month better than risk free guarantee.

In a nutshell it works like this:

Any time within 60 days you can cancel your subscription to The Journal for whatever reason you like and we’ll part as friends.

But I’ll also give you a full refund.

You get to keep the PERFECT Qigong System book and DVD set I send out to all new subscribers (and I usually sell it for £65).

You get to keep the two issues of The Journal you received. With a value of £60.

So here’s the worst that can happen if you take decide The Journal isn’t your cup of green tea…

You end up with £125 of ZEN+ material absolutely free.

I know, I must be crazy.

My accountant sure thinks I am to offer such a good guarantee.

But I know it’s important to take all the risk of being a Journal Reader off you and to put it on me.

So what are you waiting for?

Become a ZEN+ Journal reader now whilst it’s still fresh in your mind.
