Where the rubber meets the road – The HAP Checklist

I got home last night from my father’s 72nd birthday celebration and my first thought as I walked through the door was:

‘Hmm, it’s so cold in here.’

Which was closely followed by my second thought:

‘Oh, no… Is the central heating broken?’

Upon checking the radiators I realised all was fine, it was just properly – November style – cold outside and the central heating was struggling to warm the house up.


It’s better than when I was a kid growing up in the wilds of Yorkshire.

Cuz, back then we’d wake to frost on the inside of the windows!

For real.


Clarabella and Ollie went off to do what Clarabella and Ollie do at that time of day and I went into my Woffice to finish off crafting The Healthy Ageing Checklist.

It’s been a real labour of love.

How come?

Because it’s taken me 47,400 hours to be able to create it.

To be in a position to take the 31,021 words of the Healthy Ageing (HAP) book and convert them into a 25 question check list that can take you from wherever you are now – health wise – and help you to seriously stack the odds of a:

And more independent life in your favour.

I’m very excited about it.

You see, you can read the HAP book and it will inform, entertain and educate you.

And that’s good.

Well, you’re gonna have to do some work.
