ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

When did they all get so serious?

By Marcus Santer

I took Ollie to watch Batman Vs Superman recently.

In 3D…

Love 3D =)

And I gotta ask…

When did Superhero’s all get so freaking serious?

Such existential angst…

…Hand wringing…

… and gut wrenching soul searching?

And can you imagine a world where people question the morals of Superman?

Now way back when dinosaurs rode on scooters and I was a kid things were so much simpler…

… Superheroes were Superheroes…

… And Super Villains were Super Villains.

Black and white.

Yin and Yang.

Sure, Adam West’s Batman might be looked back on as a joke, but it was simple, clear-cut, good Vs bad stuff.

Maybe all this ‘Long, dark tea-time of the Soul’ stuff is a reflection of the times?

I mean fear and uncertainty seems to be all they’re dishing out in the news (isn’t it always?).

And I recently finished watching season 02 of Daredevil on Netflix.

Watching Matt Murdock wrestle with his conscience and the Punisher…

…Sheez Louis… It left me feeling rather moody, pensive and overwhelmingly pessimistic.

I don’t watch Superhero stuff for that.

I watch it to escape the complexities and grey issues of real life.

Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

And if you want something:

And backed by evidence to help you live a longer, healthier and stronger life…

You need to become a ZEN+ Journal reader.

It’s packed with information you won’t find collected together anywhere else.

And it’s sole purpose is to give you the tools to live well and age stronger.

May’s edition of the Journal is going to the post office this morning, right after I drop Clarabella off at the train station to go visit her Nottingham family.

This month I start sharing the 7 levels of what I’m calling:

The Healthy Ageing Pyramid

Or The HAP for short.

I will prove once and for all that when it comes to stacking the odds of a longer, healthier and happier life in your favour there really are no secrets.

And I’ll also tell you – based on my research – which actions will give you the biggest bang for your buck.

Because that’s the thing about a pyramid…

You start with the most important level at the bottom – the foundation – and each level above it, whilst important isn’t as important as the one below.

Which means when it comes to living and ageing well… you’ll never be confused ever again as to where to best focus your efforts.

Simple focus on the most important level…

… And when you’ve got it…

… Work on the next and so on.

Now I have to say, Level 7 is very interesting.

How come?

Because the evidence shows it’s the least important level of all and yet most folk spend their time, energy and money on this level at the expense of all the better stuff below.

Yet once you see The HAP – you won’t be one of them.

And this months edition of The Journal is where I start sharing The Healthy Ageing Pyramid – which makes it a fantastic place to climb aboard.
