Use these links and chains to make you stronger

Do you know what I love most about being a ZEN Beast?

You could pick me up, plonk me down any where in the world and as long as you didn’t choose a spot that put my life in immediate danger… I’d be able to practice ZEN+

How come?

Because you don’t need any extra equipment, gadgets or gizmos.

All you need is the knowledge and a desire to put it into practice.

But that wasn’t what I wanted to talk to you about today, I wanted to explain how versatile callisthenics is and to demonstrate how no matter where you’re starting out from today… You can use callisthenics to build strength.

So let’s get started…

First up I need to tell you about links and chains.

Each exercise is made up of a number of links. Put the links together and you have a chain.

Let’s take the ZEN+ Push Up Chain as an example:

Are you beginning to see the versatility of callisthenics?

In the ZEN+ Home Study Course (coming soon I promise) you’ll find written instructions, helpful diagrams and videos for each link in each of the 3 core ZEN+ callisthenic chains:

  1. Squat – 5 videos with a total run time of 12mins 23 seconds
  2. Push Up – 8 Videos with a total run time of 17mins 28 seconds
  3. Pull Up – 7 video with a total run time of 20mins 07 seconds

Neat huh?

And once you’re happy with the 3 core ZEN+ callisthenic chains I’ll show you 2 more:

  1. Leg raise chain: To strengthen the front of your midsection: Abdominals etc.
  2. Bridge chain: Strengthen, stretch and improve the functioning of your muscles, connective tissue and joints in the back of your body.

Put it all together and you’ve got 35 videos with a run time of 1 hour 20 mins.

It’s a strength building callisthenics education you can’t find anywhere else.

And that’s just the Callisthenics section of the Exercise part of ZEN+.
