This is what the superior doctor does…

I first became aware of this saying over a decade ago when my interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) first blossomed.

What a different view on health.

Here in the west the idea of ‘prevention being better than cure‘ is still not a popular one.

In fact I’d call it one of the hardest ideas to sell.

Which frankly is crazy.

Because when you consider how the dangers and risks of:

Can all be significantly reduced simply by embracing the kind of lifestyle habits promoted by the ZEN+ project…

Well let’s just say it still perplexes me why prevention is still so unpopular.

I’ve researched this subject and shared my findings in a past ZEN+ Journal, but at the end of the day I think it’s just human nature combined with the crazy: Rush Rush Busy Busy world we live in.
