ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

“The joy of life consists in…”

By Marcus Santer

The Sunday Quote:

“The joy of life consists in the exercise of one’s energies, continual growth, constant change, the enjoyment of every new experience. To stop means simply to die. The eternal mistake of mankind is to set up an attainable ideal.”
Aleister Crowley

I don’t agree with my man Aleister about the mistake of setting an attainable ideal.

It’s nice to be satisfied every now and then.

But I whole heartedly endorse the merits of:

And with 2016 approaching faster than a speeding bullet…

What new experiences are you planning?

Whatever you’ve got bubbling away in your noggin, remember it’s a lot easier to do anything when your body is strong, fit and healthy.

And by healthy I mean the organs of your body are all playing together nicely.

And by fit I mean your ability to use your body to do a task.

Helping you to get strong, fit and healthy is the attainable ideal of the ZEN+ Project.

If you’re just getting started you’ll want a copy of this.

And if you’re ready to go deep…

You need this.

Bye for now

P.S. Funny thing happened yesterday.

Clarabella and I were walking Louis across the golf course when a strong gust of wind appeared carrying a bunch of leaves with it.

It was unexpected.

And as Louis turned around to look at us, one of the leaves stuck to his arse.

It looked like the wind had censored him.

As it dropped off, Clarabella turned to me and said: “Tell me you saw that!”

And we both burst out laughing.

Simple pleasures.

Now walking is one of the ways I recommend you build a stronger, fitter and healthier body…

You’ll find the rest here.
