ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

The first instruction in the: “How To Look After Your Body” handbook

By Marcus Santer

The Sunday Quote:

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basic of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.”
John F. Kennedy

I wish you were sat next to me right now.

Because then you could’ve seen me laughing my ass off just a few moments ago.

And what was the source of this merriment?

I looked at the clock on my computer, saw the time, thought WTF? And realised the clocks went forward at stupid O’Clock this morning.

I’ve lost an hour.

But at least it means Summer has offically arrived in Britain – though I think the weather could do with an update seeing as how it’s grey and drizzly outside.

Oh well.

Whilst working on some new knives yesterday I was listening to an interview with one of my favourite people I’m never going to meet: Jack Lalanne.

On the Howard Stern show of all places.

In his 80’s Jack’s message came through loud and clear: Use it or lose it.

I like that.

Your body has evolved through millennia to be used.

In fact, if your body came with an instruction book, the very first instruction in it for getting the most out of your body for as long as possible would be:

Move your body many times during the day

And yet today most people spend more time sat down than they do asleep so is it any wonder you feel aches, pains and old before your time?

Today’s quote came from another person I’m never going to meet: JFK

He was absolutely spot on about exercise being one of the most important keys to a healthy body.

I believe the other keys are:

  1. Zest
  2. Nutrition
  3. Mindset

Soon, you’ll be able to access everything I know, everything I’ve researched and everything I’ve written about ZEN+

You’ll find it all in the ZEN+ Home Study Course.

I’ve made a mind-map of everything I plan to include in it – at this moment in time – and you can take a look at it here (click on it to see the full sized version in a new window):

You’ll see there are 3 membership levels:

  1. Bronze
  2. Silver
  3. Gold

Think of Bronze as being a kitchen stocked full of the essential ingredients to making a happier, healthier and longer life.

Think of Silver as a vital cookbook bursting at the seams with recipes and full instructions on how to use the ingredients in Bronze. Along with plenty of extra ingredients giving you even more ways to living a happier, healthier and longer life.

And Gold?

Well, Gold is the best of course.

You get everything in Bronze and Silver of course and you also get:

Now I had originally planned on getting all this ready by April 3rd.

But I think it’s safe to say that’s not going to happen.

I won’t bore you with the details way. Enough to say apart from writing these daily emails, I’m going to be spending the whole of April off the grid. I’m going to be getting rid of as many distractions as possible and focusing all I have on getting the ZEN+ HSC completed by May.

But I wanted to put it on your radar.

Bye for now

P.S. I sometimes think the biggest contributor to my good health and fitness is Louis.

How come?

Because he needs at least two long walks every single day. Which means I get two long walks every single day. Even on days like today where it’s started raining like a urinating cow.

Take a look at this mind-map I drew to see the other ways I keep strong, fit and healthy: ZEN+ HSC.
