ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

The Eclipse that saved Columbus

By Marcus Santer

ignorance isn't bliss

I heard a lovely story on the radio last week.

It was about how a lunar eclipse saved the life of Christopher Columbus and his ship wrecked crew.

He allegedly used his knowledge of predicting eclipses to bully the ignorant island natives into giving him supplies.

He told them if they didn’t help him, his god would give them a clear sign of his displeasure by making the rising full moon appear: “inflamed with wrath”.

And right on cue it did.

The locals, terrified by this demonstration of awesome power proceeded to do as they were told.

It’s a nice story.

Though I don’t know how true it is.

But it does clearly demonstrate that ignorance isn’t always bliss.

Especially when it comes to stacking the odds of a healthier, happier and more independent life in your favour.

Because the topic of staying young and aging well isn’t one you can afford to be ignorant about.

If you are, you’ll fall prey to the marketing hype of the folk selling cleanses, detoxes, supplements and the mountain of ‘anti-ageing’ BS out there.

So how do you protect yourself from being manipulating through fear and ignorance?

Simple, you arm yourself with a copy of:

The Healthy Ageing PyramidDiscover the 7 health packed habits proven to help you stay young your whole life.

For example…

In Habit #7 I’ll share with you the stone cold facts on:

And the three biggest sellers claiming to delay and improve ageing:

  1. Gingko Biloba
  2. Ginseng
  3. Glucosamine and Chondroitin

I think you’ll be genuinely surprised by what the science has to say about these profitable products.

And just so you know, the research I share comes from the Cochrane Collaboration.

Never heard of them?

Well, it’s an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation consisting of more than 37,000 volunteers in more than 130 countries.

Cochrane’s systematic reviews are internationally recognised as the highest standard in evidenced-based health care.

In a sea of confusion and misinformation the Cochrane Library is a rock you can cling to.

And in Habit #4 I’ll share with you 3 questions you need to start asking whenever you read ANY claims made in the popular media about superfoods and the like.

Now you have a choice…

Choice #1: Continue to be ignorant of the facts and be manipulated like Columbus bullied the natives…

Choice #2: Equip yourself with the known (but well buried) facts about staying young and ageing well

Your choice.

If you choose ‘Choice #2’ Click here

Bye for now

P.S. If you’re in the US, from Oregon to South Carolina there’s a Total Solar Eclipse today.
