ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

Screw it, let’s do it.. One approach to decision making.

By Marcus Santer

There’s nothing more common than a Brit talking about the weather…

Other than wasted talent.

But I gotta say…

There must have been a Bank Holiday recently, because it has been so wet here in Devon.

How wet?

Well, it reminded me of the time me and my family took our first camping trip to Bude in Cornwall.

Long story short, for the few days we stayed, they recorded the most rainfall in over 100 years. It was so wet we had earthworms being swept along by the rapids flowing through the tent.

And let’s not get started about the joys of sleeping with wet bedding.

Enough to say we cut our trip short and have never been camping since.

So I’ve felt really sorry for those souls who’ve ventured down to Devon to spend their Easter break.

And this morning was no exception.

Louis and I were ready for our morning walk.

Looking one way the sky was blue, the sun was shining and I swear I could see a unicorn skipping over the rolling green hills.

But look the other…

And it looked like you were going to take a trip through the shadow of the valley of death.

Or as we used to say Up North…

It looks a bit black over Bill’s Mother’s.

And who knows which way the winds were blowing.

I wasn’t sure whether to wait it out or go for it.

So we took a risk and went for it.

Well, I took a risk, because I’ve yet to meet the weather conditions that put Louis off his walk.

And I’m happy to report that we got round without getting too wet.

So what?

Why am I sharing this story with you?

Because it’s a good example of what to do when you’re on the horns of a dilemma.

Sometimes you simply say “Screw It – Let’s do it.”

But decision making isn’t always that simple is it?

Sometimes making the ‘wrong’ decision can have serious consequences.

And then you can feel like a slug squirming in a pot of salt, trying to make the right decision.

Unless of course you’ve got a copy of April’s ZEN+ Journal.

How come?

Because I’m going to show you…

How to NEVER again struggle
When making a decision

You’re right… That’s quite a claim.

But I can confirm it’s validity from my own direct experience.

And those I’ve already shared it with.

It’s so simple, direct and powerful.

When you know how.

Anyway, I’ve got to finish writing and editing April’s double sized, third birthday edition of The Journal.

Including polishing up the information on:

And so much more including the essential ZEN+ habits I practice every day come hell or high water.

I’m going to reveal a secret about The Journal only a handful of folk know.

It’s all going to be in April’s Journal.

And it goes to my printer on Monday…
