ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

Scrabble Sunday… And stacking the game of life in your favour

By Marcus Santer

Every Sunday – at 3pm – me, Ollie and Clarabella sit down to play an hour of Scrabble.

And last Sunday was one of those days, you know?

And you totally dominate the game and clean up.

And it was effortless.

Ever had one of those?

Where it all just falls into your lap without any effort?

Yeah, I know, things like that don’t seem to come very often, so you might have to think long and hard before answering.

But here’s the important question…

Is there a way to stack the game of life so you have more good times than bad?

I believe there is.

There’s a part in the Dhammapada (it contains all the wisdom of the Buddha) that goes like this:

Mind is the forerunner of all actions.
All deeds are led by mind, created by mind.
If one speaks, or acts with a corrupt mind, suffering follows,
As the wheel follows the hoof of an ox pulling a cart.
If one speaks or acts with a serene mind, happiness follows,
As surely as one’s shadow

What you say, think and do plants the seeds of the harvest you’re gonna reap.

So ask yourself…

What are you planting with your thoughts, words and deeds?

And are you going to enjoy the harvest?

And if you want help stacking the odds of a longer, healthier and more enjoyable life in your favour…

… I can help.

My new book will show you how to:

And much more… All contained in an easily digestible, simple to put into practice format.

On schedule to arrive mid January 2017.

I’ll keep you posted =)

Bye for now
