Roll up, roll up… Discover the amazing health secret of the past.

Don’t be shy.

Step right up and be ready to have your breath taken away when you behold what I’m about to show you.

This recently discovered wonder is scientifically proven to:

It can reduce the risk factors associated with:

This is the Big 4 which combined are estimated to kill nearly 9 in 10 people.

And I’m not done yet!

Do this and you can also expect to:

And for those of you with your mind on more important subjects it can even help you to:

Look good naked

You don’t even need any equipment to practice this miracle your body is crying out for.

In fact you can get what you need:

You could consider it the Martini of the health world – If you’re smart enough to remember that advert.

And what is this miracle that asks for so little and yet promises so much?

It’s exercise.

Good old fashioned, simple exercise.

Now here’s the ‘Big Fat Stinky But’ you’ve been waiting for…

But you’ve got to take a regular dose of it for the rest of your life.

Most people simply are not getting enough.

And this is where I’m about to deviate from the path of current, popular, accepted, mainstream, government sanctioned policy when it comes to what qualifies as exercise.

The accepted standard is: two and half hours per week of something that leaves you slightly out of breath. If you can still talk, but you can’t sing then you’re on the right track.

But my deeper research into what your body needs has convinced me it’s not just the approved exercise your body needs.

In fact I think this could be more important for your long term, health and happiness.

What is it?

I’ll explain in tomorrows ZEN+ Daily

But if you don’t want to wait, if you’ve already pre-ordered your copy of the new ZEN+ book and got your hands on the complementary PDF version, you’ll find the answers on:

Okay that’s me done for now.

Time to take Louis for his walk.

Bye for now

P.S. There seems to have been an explosion of Black Labrador’s in Dawlish.

They’re everywhere and this has nothing to do with my RAS (see page 6 of the ZEN+ book) because Louis’s 6 and I’ve only just noticed it.

It’s funny because Louis used to be the young Lab jumping all over the older Labs.

Now it’s the other way around.

The circle of life baby, the circle of life.

Extend yours by reserving your copy of the new ZEN+ book.
