Have you ever noticed how some people lose weight…

And then seem to put it all back on again?

And often with extra interest?

People who lose weight and then put it back on again follow this approach:

  1. They start a diet
  2. They stick to the diet
  3. They lose weight
  4. They stop the diet
  5. They put the weight back on again

I’ve seen it time and again.

I bet you’ve seen it happen too.

Truth is, weight lost through a diet can only ever be temporary, because as soon as you go back to eating the way you used to, you’ll eventually weigh what you used to.

So what is the permanent solution?

What do people do who lose weight and keep it lost?

It’s simple.

They change their lifestyle.

And by changing their lifestyle they change their habits. They create new habits and it’s these new habits that help them to stay lean, and also help them to stay strong and healthy too.
