A proven way to reverse Type 2 Diabetes (T2D)

I wasn’t looking for information on reversing Type 2 Dibetes (T2D) at the time.

I was looking for information on how a ketogenic diet can lower a person’s risk of epilepsy. Something kids with hemipleigia are more likely to have.

But when Google accidently returned me a result with:

“Type 2 diabetes and the diet that cured me.” In the title…

I initially dismissed it as sensational B.S. so popular with a lot of people in my profession. But I also noticed it was from The Guardian – A British broadsheet with a good reputation. And as I mentioned yesterday, my Awesome Auntie B was diabetic.

So I checked it out.

And frankly, with Diabetes UK estimating T2D is costing the NHS (National Health Service here in the UK) – £9 billion a year and rising. I’m seriously confused as to why this information isn’t already in the hands of everyone.

I mean, I read this kinda material and do this kinda research for a living and I didn’t know there was a good chance of reversing T2D if you got it in the last 4 years.

Simply by following a diet.

It’s a method of eating that stops your body burning glucose from carbohydrates for energy and lets it burn fat from the food you eat and any fat you may have on your body instead.
