ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

What finally got me out of bed this morning…

By Marcus Santer

I‘m enjoying my ZEN+ vacation…

But thought I’d share this quote with you:

“Commitment is staying true to what you said you were going to do
long after the mood you said it in has left.”
Inky Johnson

30 days ago I worked out my answer to this question.

And 5 days a week I’ve been getting up at 6:00 am and getting to work.

But this morning?

Oh my goodness…

I was laying there and the voice in my head was spewing out excuse after excuse for rolling over and having an extra toasty, comfy hour in bed.

And then I remembered the quote above.

Took a deep breath…

And got out of my lovely, cosy bed and stumbled around quietly in the cold and the dark getting ready.

So what was my answer to the question?

You’ll have to wait and see.

Because it’s a secret…

For now.

How come?

Well, I don’t know about you…

But I’ve noticed that telling everyone who’ll listen about something I’m working to achieve…

It kinda robs that thing of it’s power.

Have you ever noticed that?

Like all the talking somehow fooled you into thinking you’ve actually done it.

Or maybe it’s just me?

But outside of Clarabella and Ollie – I haven’t told anyone else.

Anyway…

I’ve got Cosmic Shower Coaching Class students to inspire…

And The ZEN+ Journal to ship out.

And it’s time to take Clarabella a cup of tea in bed =)

Hey, before I go, do yourself a favour and re-read that quote again.

Because I believe commitment really is the not-so-secret-sauce to stacking the odds of a longer, healthier and happier life in your favour.

It’s easy to be all fired up and raring to go at the start of a New Year.

But when the fire’s died down…

You’ve got to find a way to keep on going and doing what you said you was gonna do.

Bye for now

Marcus

P.S. Did you answer the question I asked 30 days ago?

No?

Do yourself a solid and read this.

Yes?

How are you getting on?

Still putting in the time?

Yes?

Very good carry on – you rock!
