ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

Ugh, it’s that time of the year again…

By Marcus Santer

Well, I’ve put it off for as long as I can…

But there’s no escaping it…

Tis that time of the year again…

Tax Return time.

I hate it.

With a vengeance.

I like to write, to create, to learn and share what I learn.

I’m not a bean counter.

But it’s got to be done.

And as and a one-man band, doing all my own stunts…

I’m the one that’s GOT to get it all done and handed over to my accountant.

Or it doesn’t get done.

And then the Tax Man will get mad with me and you won’t like him when he’s angry.

So here’s how I get myself to do the things I really don’t want to do…

Or feel like doing

But have to get done.

Like my Tax Return.

I commit to doing a minimum of 30 minutes work on it a day – every day.

And can you guess what happens?

Yup, that’s right.

From experience I know that most days I will spend far more than 30 minutes on it.

Because like many activities you might not be thrilled about doing:

And so on…

The hardest part is getting started.

Once you do, once you’re in “The Zone” you know from your own experience you’ll frequently keep going and get more done.

Now this strategy for getting stuff done has it’s greatest expression in a tool I call:

One Small Step or OSS.

You’ll find full details on how to use it on page 100 of my book: Smiling From The Heart.

And the other 160 pages are pretty darn useful too.

Because they’re packed with 28 Qigong and non-Qigong tools you can use to:

Right time for Louis walk.

Bye for now

P.S. The hardest part about doing many things in life is simply getting started.

But there’s a tool I’ve been using regularly since 2012 to help me get lots of things done, from writing books to completing my Tax Return on time.

And it’s all laid out for you on page 100 of my book Smiling From The Heart.

In many ways SFTH was the prototype for the ZEN+ project.

If you’ve read it you’ll quickly see why I say that.
