ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

Life can be tough, but you’re tougher…

By Marcus Santer

The Saturday quote:

“As tough as this situation may be… I’m tougher.”
Mike Gillette

I’ve recently been studying Mike Gillette’s: The Psychology of Strength program.

It’s very good.

In one of the first videos he talks about adopting the belief I quoted above. I’m using it regularly as my new mantra. To help me keep moving forwards, in spite of the fear I might feel around taking ZEN+ out on the road.

I’ve been using mantra’s as part of my mental tool-kit for decades now.

Though when I first started I used to call them:

5 years ago when I found I could no longer rob Peter to pay Paul – the people I owed money to, quite rightly came gunning for me.

During that time I used this mantra:

“Everything’s going to be alright.”

I’d repeat it over and over again, 100’s of times a day.

And eventually as I got help and worked through the mess I’d made, I started to believe that maybe, perhaps everything was going to be alright.

According to my dictionary:

Mantra: Sanskrit Literally ‘Instrument of thought’ from man ‘think’ – A word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.

I use mantra’s to help keep me afloat when I feel lost at sea.

They’re simple, direct and powerful.

Qualities I look for in all the tools I use to live a stronger, healthier and happier life.

In the ZEN+ Home Study Course I’m completing the last section of the Bronze Members area: Mindset –> Cultivate Your Mind –> Collection of Tools I know, it’s been ages since I started talking about the Z+HSC, but it is slowly inching towards completion.

But if you’re currently experiencing tough times and you could use access to some tools right now to help you:

  1. Overcome mild to moderate depression
  2. Be free from paralysing worry
  3. Kick fear into touch
  4. Develop bullet proof self esteem
  5. Increase your resistance to the stresses and strains of 21st Century life

You’ll find 29 of them in my book: Smiling From The Heart

And in Part 6 – Putting Your Massive Action Plan (MAP) Together – I’ll show you how to pull the appropriate tools together, to create a MAP that’s tailor made to help you move forwards through the challenges you’re currently facing.

That’s me done for now.

Time to take Louis for his morning walk <-- A powerful physical, emotional, mental and spiritual tool in it's own right. Bye for now Marcus P.S. Life can be tough…

But remember you’re tougher.

Using a mantra is one way to help you keep on moving forwards during challenging times.

I can say that from my own personal experience.

And for another 29 simple, direct and powerful tools you can easily use to strengthen what I like to call your:

Emotional Immune System
