ZEN+ : Simple, Direct, Effective : ZEN+ Benefits

Are you a victim of circumstance or inertia?

By Marcus Santer

Right, I’m finally caught up with Game of Thrones…

Wasn’t easy I can tell ya.

Had to pull a few marathon sessions of back to back viewing.

10 episodes, about an hour an episode…

So that’s 10 hours of my life I’m never going to get back again.

But I consider it a fair trade.

I was entertained and distracted from some of life’s ups and downs.

I came across an article this weekend.

Claiming the average American (whatever one of those is) watches 4 hours and 31 minutes of TV a day.

And when you add in Digital Video Recorder (DVR) viewing that figure jumps up to 5 hours and 4 minutes.

You can see an infographic of of the last 3 years of viewing figures below.

5 hours a day.

35 hours a week.

Imagine taking 7 of those hours and using it to learn or do something else instead.

What could you do?

And don’t get me twisted.

I ain’t finger pointing and saying watching TV is bad – I love me some TV – all I’m asking is what else could you do with that time?

Because it seems to me…

The biggest problem with TV
is what it stops you from doing.

Things like:

To name a few.

Just something to think about.

And if you decide you’d like to spend less of your time in front of the TV…

… And more if┬ástacking the odds of a longer, healthier and happier life firmly in your favour…

… I suggest you invest in a ZEN+ Home Study Course membership.

Bye for now

P.S. Happy 4th July to all my American readers =)
