ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

Let Deshun Wang shatter your negative perceptions about ageing…

By Marcus Santer

My favourite quote this week:

“When you think it’s too late, be careful you don’t let that become your excuse for giving up, No one can keep you from success except yourself.”
Deshun Wang

Have you ever heard of Deshun Wang?

Nope, neither had I until a video of him started popping up on social media sites last week.

You might have seen it?

If not, it’s definitely worth 1minute 49 seconds of your life:

Deshun Wang embodies what I have come to believe is true after 5 years of research into living and ageing well…

That an active person in their 80’s can have the same level of fitness as an inactive person in their 30’s. And as Deshun Wang demonstrates so well, an active person in their 80’s can have a better level of fitness than someone in their 30’s.

Now then…

… Whatever age you are now as you read this, you really need to get take this message deep into your spirit.

It’s never to late to get started.

And by getting started I don’t mean you’ve got to get yourself to a gym and start pumping iron.

That’s a very popular misconception.

In fact, from my research, I’d consider exercise to be number 5 in the top 7 habits of the longest living people on the planet.

Number 1 is prevention and mindset.

And it’s why I wanted to do my bit to bring Deshun Wang to your attention.

Because he’s one of the people who can shatter your misconceptions when it comes to ageing.

And make no mistake about it…

How you think about ageing
is a self fulfilling prophecy for how you will age

And I’ve got the evidence to prove it.

I’ll reveal it all – including the ageing stereotypes you need to stay on your guard against in my new book: The Healthy Ageing Pyramid.

Coming soon.

But if you can’t wait to get started (and you shouldn’t) then make sure you’ve got a copy of the ZEN+ book, it’s the soil from which The HAP has grown.

Full details here.

Bye for now
