ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

Is this really in such short supply today?

By Marcus Santer

So here’s the story.

A couple of weeks back a lady in the USA purchased a copy of the 6 DVD box set version of my Qigong Secrets Home Study Course.

Nothing unusual about that.

But there was also an email from her.

Making it clear that she wasn’t’ certain about her purchase and that money was in short supply.

How could I tell she wasn’t certain about her purchase?

Because of the type of questions she was asking me.

I refunded her in full.

And wrote explaining how if money is tight, Qigong DVD’s are not a good investment and that she simply needs to focus on the 3 core skills of Qigong.

Remember those?

She already had my Shaolin Chi Kung book.

And that I thought was that.

Until this morning when I see I have another email from her.

“This is a brief note to say thank you for your kind consideration in refunding me and making your recommendations to me! Such integrity!”

Of course I’m delighted she feels that way.

I don’t consider myself to have more integrity than anyone else conducting business online. Because I would have thought refunding a client who’d purchased something that wasn’t suitable for them was standard practice.

I guess not.

My personal philosophy is I don’t want any client of mine to feel less than delighted with their investment.

If you’re not happy, I don’t want your money.

I can’t be doing with unsatisfied clients, they take up far too much time and experience has shown me the best thing to do is simply refund them, thank them for their interest in my work and move on.

And that’s why I offer such a ridiculous guarantee for my ZEN+ Journal.

Because my Journal readers are my inner circle and I only want true believers in the inner circle. That’s why I give you two months to decide if it’s the right place for you to be or not.

It certainly isn’t right for everyone.

And if it isn’t right for you, or I decide you’re not right for it, I’ll refund you in full.

‚ÄčAnd you keep everything you’ve already received.

That way all the risk is on me.
