ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

“I can’t stop drawing dead people”

By Marcus Santer

Great ideas can come from anywhere.

And the ZEN+ project came into existence because whilst looking for a solution to my weak, bloated 40 year old problem I noticed the same answers kept coming up.

All I did was refine them and group them together in a logical fashion. Though it’s taken me nearly 4 years to create the ZEN+ Home Study Course – LOL.

At the moment I’m in the process of:

If everything goes to plan it should be ready in the next few weeks.

So far it looks like it’s going to weigh in at:

All in an effort to make it the most complete and useful tool to help you live well for longer.

I’m excited to share it with you.

Not long now =)

P.S. I only briefly glanced at the article that prompted the title for today’s Z+D.

Because it didn’t turn out to be nearly as exciting as I’d hoped.

Not a single zombie or skeleton in sight.

Turns out it’s about a person who can’t stop drawing famous dead people. It’s some kind of habit they seem to have no control over.

But there’s a funny quality about habits.

Knowing it makes it a simple thing to get rid of bad habits. Though note I said simple, because getting rid of bad habits is always going to involve some hard work.

You’ll find it in the Getting Rid of Bad Habits lesson, located in the Mindset Tools section of the Bronze Members area.
