ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

How to keep your cup of life full

By Marcus Santer

If ever there was a day that was going to benefit from Cosmic Shower Qigong practice…

Today is it.

And in case you didn’t know Cosmic Shower focuses on cleansing.

In fact when it comes to cleansing your meridians – the energy streams of your body from the Traditional Chinese Medicine view of health – nothing comes close to Cosmic Shower.

It’s 07:17 as I write this and sat in my woffice with the window open, there’s no doubt I need help cleansing my energy streams today.

How come?

Well, it was my nephew’s 16 birthday party last night and I’m all party fooded out!

I tell ya, my sister sure knows how to put on a spread.

And I filled my boots with as much of it as I could and paid the price later:

And you won’t be surprised to learn I woke up this morning feeling lower than a snakes tie.

Should help my body to get back on track faster than a fox.

All of which for some weird reason best known to my unconscious mind makes me want to talk about the cup of life this morning.

But first, I’d like you to consider how much time you spend each day:

And how many books have you read in the last 90 days?

Come to think of it, in the last year how many new qualifications or skills have you developed?

You are answering these questions aren’t you?

Now I want you to consider…

Do you consistently give your body:

So what were your answers?

You see all of the activities in the questions above are responsible for either filling up or emptying your cup of life.

And keeping your cup full is vital if you want to live and age well.

Now some folk mistakenly think spending time on yourself every day to fill your cup and to keep it full is selfish. But I believe not keeping your cup full is selfish.

Because when your cup is empty the more you drain other people’s cups. Yet when your cup is full the more you have to give and share with others.

And adopting a ZEN+ lifestyle is a powerful way to work on yourself:

  1. Physically
  2. Emotionally
  3. Mentally
  4. Spiritually

To make sure your cup of life stays fuller for longer.

A simple way to get started with ZEN+ is with my book: ZEN+ The Art and Science of Living Healthier for Longer.

It’s a great way to dip your toe into the water.

And if you’re really serious, you’ll want to invest in the ZEN+ Home Study Course.

It’s coming soon, but in the meantime you can see what’s going to be in it by looking at this pretty mind map I made for you.

Bye for now

P.S. Cosmic Shower is going to be one of the workshops I’m teaching in Norway (Trondheim) this October.

I’ll give you full details nearer the time.
