ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

Danger UXB

By Marcus Santer

I met up with a friend last night for coffee.

Whilst we swapped tales of what we’ve been up to he told me about a recent visit down to Dawlish Warren to walk his dogs.

As he’d approached the car park a special constable had rushed towards him.

The constable was so focused on stopping my friend he failed to notice the two cyclists he walked into.

Fortunately nobody was hurt.

But my friend was told he couldn’t go on the beach because a bomb had been found.

Now it’s not the first time this kinda thing has happened.

Living by the coast all kind of strange things get washed up from giant jellyfish, dolphins and once I even came face to face with strange shiny packets of something with the word Haemoglobin on them. Which I later discovered is the protein molecule in red blood cells.

However, the thought of a bomb being washed up, or worse yet being planted, on the beach at Dawlish Warren caused quite a stir.

Even making the BBC news.

So I asked my friend if he knew what’d happened next.

And apparently the bomb turned out to be a car tyre.

Personally, I’m not sure how you can mistake a car tyre for a bomb, but hey, better to be safe than sorry right?

Guess this incident goes to show you how easy it is to make mistakes.

And whilst checking the scientific research that supports the benefits of adopting a ZEN+ lifestyle, I discovered a number of mistakes I’d made in my thinking and views on how the body works and what it needs to function at its best.

An example that springs immediately to mind is water.

Specifically how much of the stuff you’re supposed to drink each day.

In my head the whole eight 8oz glasses a day was such a certainty I almost didn’t bother looking at the science. But I’m sure glad I did.

How come?

Because there is no evidence to support the benefits of drinking eight 8pz glasses of water a day.

In fact the only real benefit I’ve found to drinking plenty of water, is it forces you to move more, because you need to get up and go to the bathroom more!

I tell ya…

Whilst writing and researching the 120 tips you’re going to find in the ZEN+ book I had to slaughter quite a few ‘Sacred Cows’.

All I did was follow the science where it led – which wasn’t always easy.

In the process I discovered you’ve got to be careful, even with scientific research.

For example, I found…

Proof chocolate is good for you <-- Research funded by a huge chocolate manufacturer. Proof breakfast cereal improves your mental clarity <-- Research funded by a huge cereal manufacturer. Science Research 101: Check who's funding it =) Okay, so scientific research might not be 100% reliable but it sure beats the alternative - especially if you're prepared to dig a little deeper into what you find. This is what I promise you in my book: ZEN+ The Art and Science of Living Healthier for Longer: 1) Wherever possible what I’ve written is backed by Scientific research:

2) Wherever possible what I’ve written is backed up by my own experience. I will never ask you to do something I haven’t done myself, or where not applicable, I wouldn’t be prepared to do myself.

The ZEN+ project is my life’s work.

I walk my talk.

I take my own medicine.

I practice what I preach.

And that’s why I say ZEN+ can change you’re life.

Let me finish by saying this…

The ZEN+ book will be submitted to the printer on Monday, cover or no cover. And later that day, everyone who has pre-ordered and who gave me their email address on the ‘Thank You’ page will receive a link to download a complementary copy of the PDF version.

Once the book is printed – I will charge at least $37 for this PDF.

The only reason I’m giving it away to those who pre-order is because if it was me, I know I wouldn’t be able to wait until the middle of January for it to be printed.

And I always try to treat you, the way I like to be treated.

So if you want to be the first to feast your eyes on all the lovely ZEN+ goodness I have to share…

Better make sure you pre-order your copy.

Bye for now

P.S. Whilst transferring all the address details from those who’ve already pre-ordered into my word processor – so I can print out the addresses instead of hand writing them.

I discovered I’ve got my first client from South-Korea!

I’ve never shipped anything their before… Looks like the ZEN+ message is spreading.

So far I’m going to be shipping the book out to 19 different countries.

I love the Internet.

Pre-order your copy of the ZEN+ book now

And you’ll get free postage and packing too.
