ZEN+ : Helping you Stay Young and Age Well

A contemplative breath

By Marcus Santer

Can you feel that?

A slight tension maybe?

A sense of excitement and fear in equal measure?

I don’t know about you, but I can feel a change in the air.

September has always been a time of change for me.

So I got up extra early this morning and used the time to explore possible courses of action for the 4 months left of 2015.

And one of the main items on my mind was the ZEN+ Daily.

I’ve been finding it harder and harder to come up with useful information each day for you.

And I’m concerned that I’m diluting the message:

ZEN+ is really very simple.

But I’m starting to feel like I’m repeating the same thing over and over again until you can no longer hear it.

Therefore I’ve decided to take the rest of September off from writing a daily post.

Instead I’m going to write when I’ve found something you can benefit from.

Whatever it might be.

It might be once a week or 9 times a week.

I don’t know.

But I do believe that sometimes, in order to find new horizons you have to be prepared to lose sight of the shore and if you always do what you’ve always done…

You’ll always get what you’ve always got.

It is in this spirit that I’m gritting my teeth and doing something different.

September is a great time to try something different.

July and August are all about holidays and relaxation. And if you’ve been able to take a break and relax recently, you might have heard your inner voice talking to you.

Now is a good time to take action on whatever it was saying to you.

I’ve noticed that lasting, powerful, change for the better comes first from within.

And if you let it, it spreads to your outside experience of the world.

So before I sign off for the day, let me finish by encouraging you to spend 10 minutes in quiet contemplation on the 4 months of 2015 that lay ahead for you.

And make a plan.

Have courage.

There’s still time.

Bye for now
