3 Big Reasons Why You Fail…

I was sat in the hospital yesterday with Clarabella and Ollie.

Ollie was playing Angry Birds on my phone.

Clarabella was reading a newspaper.

And I started contemplating to fill the time.

Contemplating what you might ask?

Well, I was contemplating why I’ve failed at the things I’ve failed at in the past.

And here are the Big 3 I came up with.

3 mistakes I’ve repeated time and time again.

Perhaps you’ll recognise them from your own experience?

Anyway, here goes:

3 Big Reasons Why You Fail

1) Poor Goals What is a poor goal?

2) Lack of consistencyOtherwise known as a lack of sustained effort


But by comparison consistency is hard.

Most of the battle is simply turning up and doing what you’re supposed to – over and over and over again.


If it was easy to achieve anything of real value, everyone would do it.

3) Failure to monitor progressOr to notice a lack of progress.

You’ve got to measure what you’re doing, so you can quickly find out if what you’re doing is working or not.

If it is, very good, carry on.

If it isn’t – do something different.

But if you don’t measure how will you ever know?

That’s why I suggest all my Qigong students use the progress tracker.

That’s why you should track your weight and your calories if you want to look great naked.

That’s why you should keep a record of sets, reps and exercises if you want to grow strong.


And whilst I’ve been writing this, I’ve just remembered a 4th reason why I’ve failed:

4) Trying to do it on your own

Whatever it is you want to succeed at, there’s a really good chance you’re not the first.

And if you’re not the first, you can learn a lot from those who’ve gone before you.

Things like:

And so on.

This kind of intel can really speed up your own journey to success.

Oh, and of course there’s the other reason you fail:

5) No plan You’ve got to have a plan.

Because as the saying goes…

“Failure to plan is planning to fail.”


Right so that turned out to be 5 reasons why you fail.

Avoid these 5 mistakes and you’ll stack the odds of success firmly in your favour.

3) You keep an eye on your progress
4) Have as much support as you need

And 5) – Follow a tried and tested plan for mastering the technique of Cosmic Shower and being confident you can practice it after the class finishes in order to own the skill of generating a cleansing flow of cosmic energy.

All you have to do is provide:

2) Consistent and sustained effort.

Whilst I will support, encourage and inspire you to put into action the instructions I share with you…

I can’t do the work for you.

Truth is, what you get out of this class will be directly proportional to how much you put into it.

So, if you’re not prepared to work hard, then you’re automatically not welcome.
